A look back at 9-11
The top cartoon is one I drew on 9-11-2001. Like most of us, I was in a state of shock that day. It was difficult to pull myself together to draw anything.
The second cartoon is the one I drew for the one-year anniversary. Do you remember where you were on 9-11-2001?
I was teaching middle school in my classroom when the building tvs were activated. It was shocking, horrifying and sad. Your renditions of 9-11-2001 and 9-11-2002 remind us of the sacrifices of those who lost their lives and who are still suffering the effects from that day.
