As I read excerpts of Justice Alito's opinion last week that overturned Roe v. Wade, I was particularly struck by the logic that 'Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.' Well, case closed. Stealing Supreme Court seats, lying during Senate confirmation hearings and overturning 50 years of Supreme Court precedent will settle everything down, for sure.
