Nick, Wonderful image for our 250th. I am wondering what the 3 missing limbs represent. My thought is that one is the elimination of state sponsored segregation.
I have no illusions about the country I live in today is a 250th birthday. We are one of the youngest countries in the world, but we are also one of the most arrogant they say wisdom comes with age; however ,we don’t seem to be getting any wiser. Today is the Fourth of July ,the birthday of our country; but, it does not change anything about who we are as a country. I choose hope over despair as well , but I’m also a realist ,and Nick it was a wonderfully beautifully written and drawn picture.
