I never paid much attention to Britney Spears, but the story about her conservatorship demonstrates clear potential for abuse of the system. I frankly don't trust the courts to sort out these kinds of issues. Conservatorship should be a last resort for people who are unable to care for themselves.
It appears that a Conservatorship is similar to a Dictatorship, not the kind of ship to sail on to live life on your own terms. Britney deserves to command her own life.
I agree Nick, I think both her father and the system has abused her and they both need to be investigated. No one deserves to be treated the way I've heard she has been treated.
