It’s to try to slow down the symptoms of dementia by reducing the gooey plaques in the brain that bind to brain nerves and destroy them. These “plaques” are what cause dementia. I’d bet my last dollar that trump is on several types of meds treating dementia. He makes no sense when he talks, he doesn’t remember what he says, he sleeps in meetings and is doing all this really off the wall crap (ballroom, anyone? An arch on the Washington mall? etc.) You’d think he’d be enough of an embarrassment to the republicans that they would use Article 25.
