Dumpster Fire
The Texas House is preparing for impeachment proceedings of the Texas attorney general, Ken Paxton, today at 1 PM.
If you're not familiar with this story, one of the many things Paxton is accused of is using his official office to do favors for his friend, Nate Paul. Paul is a developer who, among other things, did a renovation of Paxton's home in exchange for these favors. And later on the day that Paxton was ordered to preserve documents related to allegations, there was literally a dumpster fire outside the Office of the Attorney General. You can't make this stuff up.
