President Trump entered the Iran war promising a quick victory, decisive action and another demonstration that, in his own telling, no challenge was too big for the man with “the world’s biggest hammer.” Five months later, the hammer is still swinging wildly, loose nails are everywhere, and the toolbox is falling apart.
Fact is that 'it' only has a hammer as a tool. Fact is that 'it' does not even know which side of the hammer is used for holding the thing and which side for banging nails into walls.
I would hope that any international leader in any country in the world, expects any deal they make with trump to fall apart. If they are smart, they would plan for any deal to collapse. The Saudi Arabian deal is a classic example. They have already planned on it collapsing and have their response ready. This what happens when you deal with a mentally unstable, rapidly worsening demented individual. His administration is doing everything they can to reduce the public obvious symptoms of dementia and to keep him from looking like the bumbling, nasty, old, impaired president that he is. His staff isn’t allowed to follow him around, covering for him. They try to mop up what he said and did in the following press conferences. Medicine can only do so much. The brain nerve blockages (plaques) continue to accumulate at an alarming pace in him. When one’s brain can no longer communicate within itself people as impaired as trump is, is the result. He still has a long year and a half in office to try to fool everybody that he’s still competent. How will the republicans keep faking his ability to function?
Nick, I love the never ending "UP" circular staircase with Trump trying to achieve something worthwhile for the USA. Maybe now you can draw a never ending down staircase for the Real Trump and World Peace. So sad where we are!!!

Trump can't figure out how to end this senseless war, is petrified of the midterms, and has figured out that now would be the perfect time to introduce the big scare: watch out for those Commies!
I expect he'll repeat this every day from now on to make sure it sinks in to our psyches.
In the meantime, the war is approaching the 6-month-mark. Tragic!
