A lot of rural legislators are opposed to Abbott's voucher scheme because they suspect, rightly in my opinion, that it will be very detrimental to rural Texas schools. In rural Texas, public schools are a very important part of the community.
Abbott's voucher scheme is very definitely a big part of the GOP war on public school education in this country. Shame on you, Gubner Heat and Air! You are destroying your own people!
