Another day, another egregious abuse of power. Inspectors general serve as government watchdogs, tasked with uncovering corruption and, well, abuses of power. Yet, last night, President Trump illegally dismissed at least 15 inspectors general—many of whom he had appointed during his previous term. Their apparent misstep? Simply doing their jobs.
