Humble Beginnings
All my cartoons start with a very quick sketch. These help me visualize the concept for myself, and to sort out a rough composition. If I'm still not sure, I have a couple cartoonists and an editor I sent them to get feedback, and to make sure another cartoonist hasn't done something similar. Here's a few recent ones.
