With all of Blanche's legal mis-steps -- including, but not limited to his dismissal of and deliberate shamings of the Epstein victims -- he has no business becoming our AG. Period. The algae in the Reflecting Pool is better-qualified ethically to be the country's chief law enforcement officer.
Have you noticed that there has been no mention of the swamp? People who have a legal right to be in the country picked up by ICE? People working in ICE who should not have been hired after a person was killed, of course. Have you noticed that people in DC are not doing their job? Have you noticed the person in the white house has openly done business and shut down investigations into his companies? Did you know that Shell made 10.82 billion dollars in profit for the second quarter, and Chevron over 12 billion? I almost forgot Amazon had a 14% increase, making him the third richest person in the world? Did you know that judges have taken to the street to educate people about the letter of the law and the constitution? There are so many more. We as a nation need to see the gaslighting we are being put through to keep us divided by red or blue states, republicans or democrats. Just imagine what we could accomplish if we stood together as one. We are fast approaching billionaires and millionaires, and the poor; the middle class is being squeezed out. This is where the buying power is, but the price of everything is stretching the budgets of normal people to the point of breaking. I do not know about you, but I am exhausted.
And, just like that, the 2 senators who had (rightly) voiced their objections to Blanche's nomination, quickly took back their seats among the flock of sheep, enabling one of Trump's chief enablers to be reconsidered for the high-ranking position, Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States, a job he clearly does not deserve.
His trip to interview Ghislaine Maxwell, and her subsequent move to a cushy prison camp, tell you all you need to know about Blanche's ethics and how being Trump's personal attorney means more to him than the horrific plight the Epstein victims have to endure.
And, if Blanche corrupts the Justice Dept. in the process--well, that's why he would be hired in the first place.
Exactly! The objection should have focused on all three issues with the Epstein Survivors being the main issue! He was in charge of that! Those senators have no spine and obviously don't care about the biggest scandal of all! You know that as soon as he's confirmed that the slush fund and the tax issues will come right back and there won't be anything we can do about it.
I have several thousand.
You are not alone...
I agree

I'm with her. What a spineless pair!
I was right about the GOP in Congress- they don't give a damn about anything or anyone except their own sorry selves. And Blanche- what a scumbag.
Excellent toon!
