Vouchers tend to be unpopular just about everywhere. Republicans across the country are selling vouchers under many different names. In Texas, they're peddling it as "school choice." No matter what you call it, it's still amounts to putting lipstick on a pig.
Not to be confused with letting the religious school pigs eat our tax dollars and poop out, well, poop.
Most of us big D democrats put our children through public school education without asking for handouts to get them into the highly hyped superior "religious school where the word gay meant that the children were being indoctrinated.
