President Trump frequently claims that Russia wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine if he had been in office, suggesting that Biden’s weakness invited the attack. This is especially laughable given Trump’s own servile deference to Putin—there’s never been a weaker U.S. president when it comes to Russia.
