Time-Lapse Drawing: Abbott's Border Inspections

This cartoon was in Saturday's Washington Post. I like it when Texas cartoons get national exposure. I had fun drawing it, even though I was more rushed than usual, which is why I made an egregious typo. You'll have to watch the video to see the typo and the correction.
