Time-Lapse Drawing: Fee Speech

I had to rush to get this cartoon finished. I really wasn't happy with how the drawing turned out. You can see that I kept making adjustments to the proportions as I drew this one. In the end, I think the features and the hair were fine, but the shape of Elon's face wasn't right. Oh well. I'm sure I will have many more opportunities to draw him!
