Time-Lapse Video: The New Speaker

Whenever I draw someone for the first time, my caricatures tend to look very simplistic. Over time, as I get used to drawing them, they develop into something a little more refined. Fortunately, Mike Johnson is pretty easy to draw, but I feel like this could be improved upon. I expect to have many opportunities to draw this turd again.
