Unpublished Sketch

This sketch is pretty rough. It's supposed to be a dried up lake. I was going to draw this cartoon for Counterpoint, but one of my cartoonist buddies alerted me that another cartoonist had already done it a couple days ago. I was surprised, because I didn't think this was an obvious concept. But, coming up with similar ideas is an occupational hazard.
