I had hoped for a better result. But a friend reminded me - they are Republicans. They stick together. They never know when one of them might need to have their backside covered, so they help out their friends. Truth, justice and the American way be damned.

we are in disturbingly dangerous times in this country. more than ever, the innocent are jailed, a doobie here or no DNA or physical evidence there, and the profoundly guilty walk out in broad daylight in the emperor's new clothes so pleased with themselves.

Who actually cares what Ken's legal name is. The issue here is the level of corruption and longevity, preplanned and carried out in a fashion to fool the folks, It is a shame that Ken P has evaded most attempts to justice. He is a liar, a fake and a fraud. F Him !!

My fear is that climate change may drive an exodus of red voters of the sort behind this, the upraising of a bent judiciary, to blue states. California, however, is already under the sway of big-D incipient fascists, remarkably Trumpian in their justifications. (When signed law by a presidential hopeful prohibits local citizens the right to speak, then the golden state ain't so golden ..)
