Wow. That covers the situation now. What we need to make everyone understand next, is that we're not going back. Never. Not Ever. This isn't only about abortion or even birth control. It's about "control." Republicans, mostly republican men, have lost their grip on control and they'll do whatever they have to, to get it back. It's a redux of the 1950s where women couldn't borrow money for a car or anything else, even if they had satisfactory income to cover payments, unless a male co-signed for her. Her father, brother, uncle, nice neighbor down the street - didn't matter who, as long as he was male. Girls were taught, even in the most tacit of ways, to let the boys win, to be ladylike, to not hurt a boy in retaliation, that boys were smarter and more important, to aspire to being a wife and mother and keep a clean house. OMG. It's a wonder any of us ever broke the mold. But we did. And the 'mold' is broken. We will not sit still and "be ladylike" while they try to refit the mold. Thanks for your insight, Nick!

Aren't judges supposed to be neutral and not openly, politically affiliated? Lady Justice is blindfolded as she holds the scales of justice.

Whew. 2 true. I'm 78. I still smell the blood from my friend's botched knitting-needle abortion in the '50s. She stabbed & stabbed inside herself with a knitting needle. My thehorrorthehorror is that we return 2 this insane danger 4 women. I can not bear 2 think of the Ignorance which could restore this Tyranny. So much blood. True toon. NA thx. https://nickanderson.substack.com/

Republican judge fuckers say all's fair in war against sexual freedoms and contraception. They are not allies of the average Americans.

Ever since the sexual revolution in the sixties the republican party (not a party I want to go to) has been trying to put women back in their place. You would think that they would smarten up, but I think they destroyed what little they had left when they put a dump in the Whitehouse. As usual though, stupid is as stupid does, and they just will have to learn this lesson the hard way when we keep the Whitehouse and take back the house and senate with a wide majority in 2024.

Heavy handed Republican fascism is the name of this little fable.

I suppose with everyone trying to be so 'politically correct' these days, they should be calling abortion a 'fetal eviction.' When are they going to hold the men accountable for their part in a pregnancy???
