I'll take it. We've waited long enough and this is big, even with the concessions granted Manchin. If we end up with a Republican House this fall, it'll be gridlock again for at least two more years, and that is two years too long in the face of our crisis. I might be an environmental activist, but I'm also a pragmatist, and we were looking at nothing but weak ass work-arounds and vulnerable regulations had this not passed -- back to the Obama quagmire we idiot voters gifted him.
